Cultivating a Curious Palate is our first cookbook that explores the culinary journey shared by me and Levi. It includes a section on gourmet baby foods that I made for Levi to help introduce him to different flavors and textures.

This book has truly been a family effort. My wife, Emmy, wrote, designed, and edited the whole book. While I created the recipes and tested the measurements. And, Levi, posed for the photos!
